All processes, from raw material intake to finished product output, are monitored through integrated software systems.

Access and authorization levels are defined via a user-specific identification system.

Automated dosing systems are configured through our server-integrated software, enabling recipe-compliant production based on computerized formulations.

Our factory is designed in alignment with Industry 4.0 applications. From the intake of raw materials to the formulation of recipes, from the production process to the final delivery to customers, every stage is fully traceable.

Raw materials are fed directly onto the extruders via Swiss-origin gravimetric automatic dosing systems. Production is carried out based on the principles of accuracy and precision using multiple high-precision dosing units. A silo system is utilized to simultaneously feed raw materials into the extruders.
